Why low-temperature is used for drying?
There is less change in components of materials when they are dried by low-temperature. Dried materials can be used for various purposes after drying as a result. They can be used as fertilizers, soil conditioners and fuels for example.
The running cost is kept minimum by low-temperature drying. And there is less damage on the dryer body because of the low temperature.

What is the temperature of drying?
Because heat source is steam, the drying temperature can be adjusted by changing steam pressure. It is possible to adjust drying temperature along characteristics of each materials to be dried.
For example, in case of that steam pressure is 0.5Mpa, 5bar, 72.5psi, temperature of steam is 158℃, 316.4°F and the temperature inside of the dryer is from 100℃ to 130℃, from 212°F to 266°F , in case of that steam pressure is 0.05Mpa, 0.5bar, 7.25psi, temperature of steam is 100℃, 212°F and the temperature inside of the dryer is from 70℃ to 85℃, from 158°F to 185°F.
