By combining KENKI DRYER and Biogreen of our pyrolyser, it is possible to establish a sustainable zero-emission drying system which can recycle whole part of organic waste having high moisture contents such as organic sludge, used tea leaves, soy pulps, food residues, livestock excretions, etc.
Organic waste containing high moisture contents is dried by KENKI DRYER and then decomposed thermally by Biogreen of our pyrolyser, so that gases, oils and solid components are generated and utilized for each purpose. Gas can be used for gasification power generation and as fuel gas, oil can be used as raw materials of chemical and other kind of products, and solid components can be used as fuel by generating biochar and also as soil conditioner, therefore, this drying system can utilize whole part of the waste as recycling resources and can contribute to a global environment as well.

 

■ PYROSLUGE / Fuelization system

 

Pyrosludge system uses gases generated by thermal decomposition process of Biogreen as fuel of boiler (steam generator). Steam generated by the boiler is uses as heat source of KENKI DRYER that dries the input materials, then the input materials are fed to Biogreen after being dried. While Biogreen generates gas and biochar during its pyroysis process, the gas can be used as fuel to create steam and the biochar can be used as soil conditioner, fuel, fertilizer, etc. The input materials are organic waste with high moisture contents such as organic sludge, food residues, livestock excretions, etc. and they are tough to be treated as industrial waste. This drying system can be said as a zero-emission system since it makes no waste to be disposed. Size of its facilities are compact and it is possible to be installed in a shipping container when amount of the input materials is small.

■ PYROPOWER / Electricity generation system

 

Pyropower, which is an electricity generation system, is a system which generates electricity with gases made by thermal decomposition process of Biogreen.
The input materials are organic wastes with high moisture contents which are tough to be treated as industrial waste, e.g. organic sludge, food residues, livestock excretions, etc., and they are dried by KENKI DRYER, then changed to gases, oils and biochar by Bioreen. Gases can be used for gasification power generation and as fuel gas, oils can be utilized after being refined, and biochar can be used as soil conditioner, fuel, etc., therefore, this is a zero-emission system which create no wastes to be disposed. Of course, the electricity can be sold by applying for related institutions and systems when its amount is large. As the amount of sold electricity gets larger, more profits are made and less amount of waste is disposed. This can be said as sustainable contribution for a global environment.
