Development procedure

Currently, KENKI DRYER is under improvement and development. The development procedure is performed by the following processes.

1.Model machine designing, manufacturing and trial run -> 2. Test machine designing, manufacturing and trial run. Currently, model machine designing has been done and model machine is being manufactured.

1.Model machine
Model machine are designed and manufactured, then materials to be dried are put into it and treated by running the machine manually. Depending on the condition of the trial running, a machine with additional improvements are designed, manufactured and run as trial, and these processes are repeated.

2.Test machine
When the trial run results of model machine achieved the target value, designing process of test machine is started. Although it is a test machine, it can be used in practice as a dryer for small amount of material.

The contents of the current development.

Currently, there are three types of KENKI DRYER.
・TS series and TSB series which are for sludge, slurry and raw materials.
・TSW series for wood chips

Model	Material to be dried
TS series	Strongly sticky and adhesive materials such as organic sludge, slurry etc.
TSB series	less sticky and adhesive materials such as inorganic sludge
TSW series	Hard and solid materials such as wood chips

TS series is being improved and developed currently. The purpose of the development is space saving.
In the past, TSB series was developed in the purpose of space saving of TS series. However, space saving could not be realized for not all of the materials and the goal was achieved only for less sticky and adhesive materials. This time, the development is aimed for space saving with the strongly sticky and adhesive materials such as organic sludge, slurry etc. which could not be realized in TSB series.
Specifically, one of the contents of the improvement and development is to combine TS series and TSB series. By combining them, next machine is aimed to be completed. The main difference between TS and TSB series is that steam is inserted into main blade inside the main body of the dryer or not.
The space saving which is the theme of the development is what customer is desiring strongly. Setting space itself costs us as land price.
When the contents of this improvement and development achieve the target quality, patents will be applied. The applications are planned in countries where no patent is applied yet.
We have got two domestic patents and two oversea patents, and have applied in six countries. We are planning to focus on smaller number of countries in next patent application.
