In low-temperature drying of sludge, low material slurry and organic waste, clogging inside of dryers often make troubles since the materials easily stick, adhere and be bonded especially when they have high moisture contents. However, KENKI DRYER has unique structures which are certificated as International Patents and any materials doesn’t clogged inside during the drying process even it is a low-temperature dryer that makes components of the material stay unchanged.

KENKI DRYER uses only saturated steam as heat source of the drying process, however, it has unique drying system that use not only the normal conductive heat transfer method of steam drying but also heated air method of heat exchange, therefore, the quality of dried material is uniform and stable.
Since KENKI DRYER consumes small amount of saturated steam as its heat source, there is no need to introduce additional boilers and also decarbonation and fuel cost reduction are possible by using left-over steam in factories.
